Atlas System Smart Cycle Rules
1. Purpose of the Document
The tariff tables below describe Smart Cycle 1. Current terms are available on the Smart Cycle 2 page. Smart Cycle 2
This document describes the basic rules for how Smart Cycle works within the Atlas System. A Smart Cycle is a digital assistance cycle that a participant creates by connecting their Web3 wallet and interacting with the Atlas smart contract.
The document exists so that, before taking any action, the participant understands:
- what they are doing in the Atlas interface;
- which parameters they are selecting;
- how their action is recorded on the blockchain;
- which calculated possibilities are built into the different cycles;
- when the opportunity to request assistance becomes available;
- what the fulfillment of a request depends on;
- which risks the participant takes on.
The Atlas System is not a bank, a deposit platform, an investment fund, a broker, an asset management company, or a guaranteed-income service. At the same time, a Smart Cycle has open calculated parameters: the participant sees in advance the term, the amount, the calculated delta, and the conditions for requesting assistance.
2. Key Terms
Participant — a person who independently connects a Web3 wallet to the Atlas interface and confirms actions in their own wallet.
Wallet — the participant’s external Web3 wallet, for example MetaMask. Atlas does not store the seed phrase or private key and does not control the participant’s wallet.
Smart Cycle — an assistance cycle selected by the participant with a set term, amount, and calculated delta.
Provide assistance — an action by the participant in which they create a Smart Cycle and send funds according to the rules of the smart contract.
Cycle amount: The amount specified by the participant when creating a Smart Cycle.
Cycle term: The duration of the selected Smart Cycle. The timing of available claims depends on the selected format and its rules.
Calculated delta — an additional calculated portion added to the cycle amount, applied according to the rules of the selected Smart Cycle. The calculated delta is not guaranteed profit, deposit interest, or an obligation of the company.
Request assistance (Claim): An action through which the participant requests available assistance from the smart contract, subject to the cycle conditions and available liquidity.
Available liquidity — the volume of funds in the smart contract that can be used to fulfill participants’ requests at a specific moment.
3. Voluntary Participation
Participation in Atlas is voluntary. The participant alone decides whether to connect a wallet, which Smart Cycle to choose, the amount, the term, and whether to confirm the transaction.
Before creating a Smart Cycle, the participant must independently assess the mechanics, the risks, network fees, possible liquidity shortages, technical errors, regulatory uncertainty, and other circumstances.
If the participant does not understand the rules of a Smart Cycle or is not prepared to accept the risks of Web3 interaction, they should not create a Smart Cycle.
4. Creating a Smart Cycle
To create a Smart Cycle, the participant:
- Opens the official Atlas interface.
- Connects their Web3 wallet.
- Selects an available cycle term.
- Specifies the cycle amount within the limits set by the interface and the smart contract.
- Reviews the parameters of the action.
- Confirms the transaction in their wallet.
Once the transaction is confirmed, the action is recorded on the blockchain. Atlas cannot manually cancel, change, or reverse the transaction unless such a possibility is provided for by the smart contract.
5. Smart Cycle Calculated Parameters Smart Cycle 1 archive
A Smart Cycle can have different terms and different calculated-delta parameters. The specific terms, minimum and maximum amounts, fees, limits, and delta are displayed in the Atlas interface and/or in the smart contract.
Base table of calculated parameters:
| Smart Cycle Format | Cycle Term | Calculated Delta | Example at 100 USDT | When Assistance Can Be Requested |
| Contract Test | 10 minutes | 0% | 100 USDT | After the test term ends |
| Launch | 1 day | +0.3% | 100.30 USDT | After 1 day ends |
| Momentum | 5 days | +2% | 102 USDT | After 5 days end |
| Premiere | 10 days | +5% | 105 USDT | After 10 days end |
| President | 20 days | +12% | 112 USDT | After 20 days end |
| Imperium | 30 days | +22.5% | 122.50 USDT | After 30 days end |
The calculated delta is used as a parameter within the Smart Cycle rules. It shows the potential calculated result of the selected cycle, but it does not turn Atlas into a bank, a deposit, an investment fund, or a guaranteed-payout service.
The ability to receive the cycle amount and the calculated delta depends on the rules of the smart contract, the order of requests, the state of the system, participant activity, and available liquidity.
6. Daily Flow Smart Cycle 1 archive
The table below records historical Daily Flow terms for Smart Cycle 1. Current terms are available on the Smart Cycle 2 page.
| Format | Term | Participation Range | Calculation Logic | Overall Calculated Indicator |
| Daily Core | 200 days | 10–2,000 USDT | 1.1% per day | up to +120% |
| Daily Elite | 200 days | over 2,000 USDT | 1.3% per day | up to +160% |
Daily Flow is not a promise of a daily payout. It is the calculation logic of a long cycle, where the ultimate possibility of submitting a request depends on the rules of the format, the state of the system, available liquidity, and the correct fulfillment of conditions.
7. End of the Cycle Term
Lockup Flow provides for the return of the contribution and Delta at the end of the cycle. Daily Flow provides daily accruals that include the return of the contribution. Payouts depend on the cycle rules and available liquidity.
The end of the cycle term does not, on its own, mean funds are received automatically. The participant must independently submit the corresponding action through the interface and confirm the transaction in their wallet, if such an action is available.
8. Requesting Assistance
For Lockup Flow, payouts are provided for after the cycle ends; for Daily Flow, according to accrued amounts. Use Claim when the cycle conditions are met. Actual payouts depend on available liquidity.
Fulfillment of the request depends on:
- the available liquidity in the smart contract;
- the rules governing order and statuses;
- the correctness of the participant’s action;
- the state of the network and fees;
- the limitations built into the smart contract code;
- other technical parameters of the protocol.
If available liquidity is insufficient, the request may not be fulfilled immediately, may be partially fulfilled, may be placed in a queue, or may be processed according to other logic provided for by the smart contract.
9. No Guarantees
Atlas does not guarantee:
- the return of the cycle amount;
- receipt of the calculated delta;
- the timeframe for fulfilling an assistance request;
- the constant availability of liquidity;
- the absence of technical errors;
- the immutability of external conditions;
- any particular financial result.
All Atlas materials, presentations, webinars, FAQs, interface prompts, and partner explanations must be understood together with these rules and the risk warning.
It is prohibited to describe a Smart Cycle as a deposit, an investment, a contribution, passive income, guaranteed yield, risk-free earnings, or an obligation of the company to pay the participant a fixed amount.
10. Role of the Atlas Interface
The Atlas interface helps the participant interact with the smart contract, displays Smart Cycle parameters, statuses, available actions, and reference information.
The interface is not the participant’s wallet, does not hold the participant’s funds, does not store the private key or seed phrase, does not sign transactions on the participant’s behalf, and cannot guarantee the result of actions on the blockchain.
Before confirming any transaction, the participant must verify the action in their own wallet.
11. Irreversibility of On-Chain Actions
Actions confirmed by the participant in their wallet and recorded on the blockchain may be irreversible.
The participant is responsible for:
- choosing the correct website and network;
- verifying the smart contract address;
- the correctness of the amount;
- having funds available for gas/fees;
- the security of their device;
- safeguarding the seed phrase and private key;
- avoiding phishing and fake links.
Atlas never asks for a seed phrase or private key. If anyone requests this data on behalf of Atlas, it should be considered an attempted fraud.
12. Partner and Educational Materials
Partner links, webinars, presentations, and educational materials may be used to explain how Atlas works. They must not replace these rules and the risk warning.
Partners and speakers are required to use correct wording:
- “provide assistance” instead of “invest”;
- “create a Smart Cycle” instead of “open a deposit”;
- “calculated delta” instead of “guaranteed profit”;
- “request assistance subject to conditions and liquidity” instead of “receive a guaranteed payout.”
13. Changes to the Rules
Some Atlas parameters may depend on the version of the smart contract, the interface, the network, DAO decisions, or other published project rules.
If individual parameters displayed in the interface differ from the reference text, the participant must check the current parameters before confirming a transaction. The rules of the smart contract and the current published interface terms take priority.
14. Acceptance of the Rules
By connecting a wallet, creating a Smart Cycle, or submitting an assistance request, the participant confirms that they have read these rules, see the calculated possibilities of a Smart Cycle, understand the voluntary nature of participation, accept the Web3 risks, and bear sole responsibility for their actions.
