Atlas System Risk Disclosure - Atlas System
Beta
Atlas System is operating in public beta mode until August 1, 2026
Public Beta Testing
The website is still being finalized before the official launch, so the interface, sections, and content may continue to be updated.
Your Smart Cycles are not affected by these changes. They have already been created in the smart contract and permanently recorded on the blockchain, so any updates to the website do not impact them.

Atlas System Risk Disclosure

1. Purpose of the Document

This risk disclosure describes the main risks associated with using the Atlas System, connecting a Web3 wallet, creating a Smart Cycle, and interacting with the smart contract.

This document is not individual advice, a financial recommendation, investment advice, a legal opinion, or a guarantee of any result. The participant must independently assess whether participation in Atlas is suitable for them and, if necessary, obtain independent advice.

If the participant does not understand even one of the risks described here, they should not connect a wallet, create a Smart Cycle, or confirm transactions.

2. General Nature of Participation

The Atlas System is not a bank, a deposit platform, an investment fund, a broker, an asset management company, a payment institution, or a guaranteed-income service.

Participation in Atlas is voluntary. The participant alone decides whether to connect a wallet, which Smart Cycle to choose, the amount, the term, and whether to confirm the transaction. All actions are taken by the participant at their own risk.

3. No Guarantee of Return

Atlas does not guarantee the return of the cycle amount, receipt of the calculated delta, the timeframe for fulfilling an assistance request, or any financial result.

The calculated delta is a parameter of the Smart Cycle mechanics and must not be perceived as guaranteed profit, deposit interest, investment income, a fixed obligation, or a promised payout.

The participant must assume that they may not receive the expected result, may receive a result later than the expected term, or may face the impossibility of fulfilling a request due to a liquidity shortage or other conditions of the protocol.

4. Liquidity Risk

The fulfillment of assistance requests depends on the available liquidity in the smart contract and the rules of the protocol.

If liquidity is insufficient, a participant’s request may:

  • not be fulfilled immediately;
  • wait until available liquidity appears;
  • be partially fulfilled, if such logic is provided for;
  • be processed according to the rules of order or other rules of the smart contract;
  • not lead to the result the participant expects.

Available liquidity may change due to participant activity, inflows and outflows, network conditions, technical factors, and other circumstances.

5. Smart Contract Risk

Atlas uses smart-contract mechanics. Smart contracts may contain errors, vulnerabilities, logic limitations, incompatibilities, unforeseen behavior, or may depend on external infrastructure.

Even if the code is reviewed by the team or by third-party specialists, this does not eliminate all possible errors. An audit, testing, or public verifiability of the code is not a guarantee of security and does not remove all risks.

Interaction with the smart contract may be irreversible. If the participant has confirmed a transaction in their wallet, it may be impossible to cancel it manually.

6. Network, Gas, and RPC Risk

Web3 interaction depends on the blockchain network, fees, RPC providers, the wallet, the browser, and the participant’s device.

The following may occur:

  • high or unstable network fees;
  • delays in transaction confirmation;
  • RPC errors;
  • temporary network unavailability;
  • failures in displaying statuses in the interface;
  • discrepancies between the interface display and the state of the blockchain;
  • failed transactions with loss of the gas fee.

The participant bears the cost of network fees themselves and must verify the transaction details before confirming.

7. User Error Risk

The participant is responsible for their own actions and settings.

User errors include, among others:

  • connecting to a fake website;
  • selecting the wrong network;
  • sending funds to the wrong address;
  • confirming an unclear transaction;
  • an incorrect amount;
  • using an infected device;
  • losing access to the wallet;
  • disclosing the seed phrase or private key;
  • following a phishing link;
  • trusting unofficial support or unofficial channels.

Atlas cannot recover the seed phrase, private key, or access to the participant’s wallet.

8. Phishing and Fake Support Risk

Fake websites, channels, support accounts, bots, forms, and links may appear around Web3 projects.

Atlas never asks for:

  • the seed phrase;
  • the private key;
  • remote access to the device;
  • transferring funds to a manager’s personal wallet;
  • signing a transaction without a clear purpose.

Before any action, the participant must verify the official domain, official links, the smart contract address, and the source of the information.

9. Risk of Partner and Educational Materials

Information from partners, leaders, speakers, bloggers, chats, or third-party participants may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

It is prohibited to treat anyone’s explanations as a guarantee of a result. If a partner promises guaranteed income, the absence of risk, fixed profit, a return on investment, or a mandatory payout, such wording is not the official position of Atlas.

The official Smart Cycle rules, the risk disclosure, the terms of use of the interface, and the current parameters of the smart contract take priority over verbal explanations.

10. Regulatory Uncertainty Risk

Web3, crypto assets, smart contracts, referral mechanics, and digital mutual-assistance systems may be regulated differently in different countries.

Rules may change. In certain jurisdictions, the use of such systems may be restricted, may require independent tax assessment, or may have legal consequences for the participant.

The participant is solely responsible for compliance with the laws of their country, the tax consequences, and their eligibility to participate.

11. Risk of Changes to the Interface and Parameters

The Atlas interface, reference materials, status displays, available functions, cycle parameters, fees, limits, and the language of descriptions may be updated.

Some changes may be related to technical updates, security, DAO decisions, the version of the smart contract, network conditions, or product development.

Before confirming an action, the participant must verify the current parameters in the interface, the wallet, and the published rules.

12. Service Availability Risk

The Atlas interface, website, API, analytics, FAQ, support, webinars, or other auxiliary services may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, overload, errors, blocks, attacks, hosting problems, network problems, or other reasons.

The unavailability of the interface does not always mean the smart contract is unavailable, but it may make interaction with it more difficult.

13. Tax and Personal Consequences

Any actions with crypto assets may have tax, accounting, or other personal consequences in the participant’s country.

Atlas does not calculate the participant’s taxes, does not file reports on the participant’s behalf, and does not provide individual tax advice.

14. Acceptance of Risk

By connecting a wallet, creating a Smart Cycle, submitting an assistance request, or using the Atlas interface, the participant confirms that:

  • they have read and understood this risk disclosure;
  • they understand the absence of guarantees;
  • they act voluntarily;
  • they accept the risk of loss of funds, delays, technical errors, and the absence of the expected result;
  • they bear sole responsibility for their decisions, wallet, device, network, and compliance with the laws of their country.

If the participant does not agree with the stated risks, they must not use the Atlas System.
