Atlas System Privacy Policy
1. Purpose of the Document
This policy describes which data may be processed when using the website, personal account, Web3 interface, analytics sections, forms, materials, webinars, and support of the Atlas System.
Atlas System strives for data minimization. For basic Web3 interaction, the participant does not need to provide a passport, private key, seed phrase, or access to their wallet.
2.What Kind of Data Does Atlas System Not Request
Atlas System does not request:
- the seed phrase;
- the private key;
- the wallet password;
- recovery codes;
- remote access to the device;
- passport data for a basic wallet connection;
- bank logins or passwords.
If anyone requests this data on behalf of Atlas System, it should be considered a suspicious action or an attempted fraud.
3. Public Wallet Address
When a Web3 wallet is connected, the interface may see the participant’s public wallet address.
The public wallet address is not a private key and, on its own, does not give Atlas System access to the participant’s funds. However, the public address may be linked to on-chain activity, transactions, Smart Cycles, referral structure, statuses, votes, or other actions in the system.
The participant must understand that blockchain data is, by its nature, public and may be accessible not only to Atlas System.
4. On-Chain Data
Transactions, addresses, smart contract events, amounts, statuses, timestamps, and other blockchain data may be publicly available in blockchain explorers and other services.
Atlas System cannot delete, hide, or change data already recorded in the public blockchain if such a possibility does not exist in the network or the smart contract itself.
5. Technical Data
When using the interface, technical data necessary for operation, security, and service improvement may be processed:
- IP address;
- date and time of access;
- device type;
- browser;
- interface language;
- country or region determined technically;
- page URL;
- referral parameters;
- interface errors;
- session data;
- server logs;
- performance data.
Such data may be processed by hosting, CDN, RPC providers, analytics services, and protection, logging, or monitoring systems.
6. Referral and Partner Data
Atlas System may process referral links, invite parameters, the structure of invitations, statuses, levels, partner metrics, and related technical records.
This data is needed to display the partner program, statistics, statuses, structure, and the correct retention of attribution: who invited the participant and through which link they arrived.
7. Support and Communication Data
If the participant contacts support, fills out a form, takes part in a webinar, submits an application, asks a question, or writes in an official channel, Atlas System may process the data the participant has provided themselves:
- name or pseudonym;
- Telegram/Email/contact;
- wallet address;
- language;
- country or time zone;
- the text of the request;
- screenshots;
- error information;
- communication history.
The seed phrase, private key, passwords, or other secret data must not be sent to support.
8. Webinars and Educational Activities
When registering for a webinar or submitting an application to host a webinar, Atlas System may process:
- name or pseudonym;
- contact for communication;
- webinar language;
- country and time zone;
- participant status;
- the expected audience;
- the webinar topic;
- questions and comments;
- the fact of participation or registration.
If a webinar is recorded, participants may be informed of the recording in advance. The speaker and participants must not disclose a private key, seed phrase, or confidential data during the broadcast.
9. Cookies and Local Storage
The interface may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for:
- saving interface settings;
- language;
- the state of tabs;
- drafts;
- authorization or connection;
- analytics;
- security;
- the prevention of abuse.
If certain cookies or analytics tools are not used, Atlas System may update this policy and explicitly specify the actual set of technologies.
10. Purposes of Processing
Data may be used for:
- the operation of the Web3 interface;
- displaying Smart Cycles and statuses;
- retaining referral attribution;
- user support;
- conducting webinars;
- security and anti-fraud;
- error diagnostics;
- product analytics;
- improving the interface;
- meeting technical and legal requirements.
11. Transfer to Third Parties
Atlas System may use external infrastructure: hosting, CDN, RPC, blockchain explorers, analytics services, logging services, email/messenger tools, webinar platforms, and protection systems.
Such providers may process technical data within the scope of their role. Atlas System does not sell the seed phrase or private key, because it does not request or store them.
12. International Nature
Atlas System is an international Web3 project. Data, infrastructure, participants, providers, and blockchain networks may be located in different countries.
By using Atlas System, the participant understands that the technical processing and availability of data may have a cross-border nature.
13. Retention Period
The retention period depends on the type of data:
- on-chain data may be stored on the blockchain indefinitely;
- technical logs may be stored for a limited period for security and diagnostics;
- support requests may be stored until the issue is resolved and for a reasonable period afterward;
- referral and status data may be stored as long as it is needed for the operation of the system;
- local data in the browser may be stored until the user clears it.
14. User Rights and Requests
The participant may contact the official support channel regarding data that is under the control of Atlas System.
At the same time, Atlas System cannot delete or change public blockchain records, the data of third-party services, local data on the participant’s device, or information that the participant has disclosed to third parties themselves.
15. Security
Atlas System applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the interface and related data. However, no Web3 interface, website, server, wallet, or network can be absolutely secure.
The participant is responsible for protecting their own device, wallet, seed phrase, private key, browser, extensions, and account access.
16. Updates to the Policy
Atlas System may update this policy when the interface, infrastructure, analytics, support, webinars, partner program, or legal requirements change.
The current version of the policy should be available in the interface or in the official materials of Atlas System.
17. Acceptance of the Policy
By using the Atlas System interface, connecting a wallet, registering for a webinar, submitting an application, or contacting support, the participant confirms that they have read this policy and understand the nature of data processing in a Web3 environment.
