Atlas System Partner Program Rules
1. Purpose of the Document
These rules describe the basic conditions for participating in the Atlas System partner program, the use of referral links, statuses, structure, educational materials, webinars, and permitted communications.
The Atlas System partner program is intended for distributing information, educating participants, building an international community, and supporting a correct understanding of the Smart Cycle.
The partner program must not be used for promises of guaranteed income, pressure on participants, concealment of risks, aggressive selling, or presenting Atlas System as an investment product.
2. Role of the Partner
An Atlas System partner is a participant who shares official information about the system, invites people through a referral link, and helps newcomers understand the interface, the Smart Cycle rules, the risks, and Web3 security.
A partner is not an employee, agent, financial advisor, broker, fund manager, or official representative of Atlas System, unless such a right is separately granted and published.
A partner has no right to accept participants’ funds into a personal wallet, promise payouts on behalf of Atlas System, or sign transactions on behalf of other participants.
3. Referral Link and Attribution
The Atlas System interface may provide the participant with a referral link or other invite parameter. If a new participant arrives through such a link, the system may retain attribution: who invited the participant and which structure they belong to.
Referral attribution is needed to display the structure, statuses, statistics, and possible partner accruals according to the rules of the system.
A partner must use only the official link, must not substitute other people’s links, must not mislead the user, and must not use phishing domains.
4. Protection of the Source of Invitation
Atlas System must retain the source of a participant’s invitation. If a leader sent a person to an official webinar, educational material, or Atlas System page, the webinar host, speaker, or another partner must not intercept that participant through their public personal referral link.
Official webinars and educational materials are intended for education, not for poaching another person’s structure.
If a participant arrived through a specific partner’s link, attribution must be retained for that partner within the technical rules of the system.
5. Partner Accruals
The Smart Cycle 2 stepped partner programme uses compression. Rewards are calculated from the Delta of team cycles using the difference between qualifying rates. The returned contribution is excluded from the bonus base.
The full calculated Lockup Flow bonus is credited when the cycle opens. The basic and matching bonuses accumulate in the partner balance. Once the available amount reaches 1 USDT, the full amount is automatically transferred to the wallet.
Matching bonus
Recipients qualify for a matching bonus from Master 1 status onwards.
The matching bonus is based on a directly invited participant’s partner income, including their matching bonuses. Payouts from their own cycles are excluded. The recipient’s rate ranges from 1% to 41% as shown in the status table.
Matching eligibility is fixed when the source cycle opens. The directly invited partner must have:
- same status as the recipient
- or higher status
The matching bonus is credited on earned partner income, regardless of withdrawal. It is combined with the basic bonus for payouts starting at 1 USDT. Withdrawing again does not generate another matching bonus.
Accruals may depend on:
- the participant’s status;
- the activity of the structure;
- compression rules;
- depth or levels, if they are provided for;
- the available logic of the smart contract;
- the calculated parameters of the partner program;
- the limitations of the interface and the current published conditions.
Partner accruals are not guaranteed income, a salary, deposit interest, investment profit, or an obligation of Atlas System to pay a fixed amount.
6. Statuses and the Career System
The partner bonus is calculated from the Delta of team cycles, excluding the returned contribution. To qualify for a status, all personal, first-level and team volume thresholds shown in the table must be met at the same time.
Weighted volumes of active cycles count towards qualification. For personal and first-level volume, Lockup Flow counts at 100% and the 200-day Daily Flow Core at 50%. When a cycle ends, its volume is excluded even if the payout has not been received. Contract Test contributes no qualifying volume.
A status may affect access to functions, the depth of the partner program, the size of possible bonuses, the right to apply to host webinars, the speaker rating, or other possibilities.
A status is not a guarantee of income. A higher status means the fulfillment of certain conditions of the system, but it does not remove the risks of the Smart Cycle, liquidity, the smart contract, or Web3.

The parameters in the table are for reference. The current values for personal volume, structure requirements, delta bonus, and matching bonus are displayed in the Atlas System interface and/or in the smart contract and take priority over the reference text.
7. Compression and Structure
For each source cycle, your rate is compared with the highest rate among partners below you on the path to that cycle. The positive difference is multiplied by the cycle’s Delta. The returned contribution is excluded from the bonus base.
If an equal or higher rate already exists further down that path, you receive no basic bonus from this cycle. A directly invited partner may qualify you for a matching bonus under separate rules.
Statuses, rates and reward eligibility are fixed when the source cycle opens. Later qualification changes apply to new cycles.
A partner must not explain compression as though it guarantees income, an automatic payout, or a mandatory result.
8. Permitted Wording
A partner may use the following wording:
- Atlas System — a Web3 system of digital mutual assistance;
- Smart Cycle — an assistance cycle governed by the rules of the smart contract;
- a participant may provide assistance;
- after the term ends, a participant may request assistance;
- fulfillment depends on the rules of the system and available liquidity;
- the calculated delta is not guaranteed income;
- participation is voluntary and involves risks;
- before acting, one must study the Smart Cycle Rules and the Risk Disclosure.
9. Prohibited Wording
A partner is prohibited from saying or writing that Atlas System:
- guarantees income;
- guarantees a return;
- guarantees the delta;
- is an investment;
- is a deposit;
- is a contribution;
- provides passive income without risk;
- ensures a fixed return on investment;
- has no risks;
- is suitable for everyone without exception;
- is obligated to pay the participant a certain amount;
- works like a bank, a fund, trading, staking, or an asset management company, if this does not correspond to the official rules.
Manipulations are also prohibited, such as: “enter urgently or you’ll lose the chance,” “this is 100% safe,” “I guarantee the payout,” “it’s impossible to lose here,” “this is a legal interest-bearing deposit.”
10. Obligation to Disclose Risks
A partner is required to direct the participant in advance to:
- the Smart Cycle rules;
- the Risk Disclosure;
- the Interface Terms of Use;
- the Privacy Policy;
- the official links and security instructions.
If a partner gives a presentation, consultation, webinar, or personal explanation, they are required to explain the absence of guarantees, liquidity risk, smart contract risk, user error risk, and the need to make an independent decision.
11. Webinars and Speakers
Partners with a status provided for by the Atlas System rules may apply to host webinars.
Hosting a webinar may give the speaker a separate bonus, if this is provided for by the speaker program. The size of the bonus may depend on the number of participants, the quality of the presentation, the speaker rating, the status in the system, and confirmation by a moderator.
A speaker must not use an official webinar to intercept other people’s participants through their public personal referral link. The referral attribution of participants must be retained for whoever invited them.
12. Prohibition on Collecting Funds
A partner has no right to:
- collect participants’ money into a personal wallet;
- promise to create a Smart Cycle on a participant’s behalf;
- ask for the seed phrase or private key;
- take remote access to a participant’s device;
- sign transactions on behalf of a participant;
- act as a custodian of a participant’s funds;
- promise a personal guarantee of payouts from Atlas System.
Every participant must connect their own wallet and confirm actions themselves.
13. Content and Promotional Materials
A partner may use official Atlas System materials or their own materials, provided they do not distort the rules, conceal risks, or violate the communication restrictions.
A partner’s own materials must not appear to be an official statement of Atlas System unless they are approved by the team. It is advisable to indicate that the material is the partner’s personal explanation and does not replace the official rules.
14. Violations
Violations of the partner rules include:
- promises of guaranteed income;
- concealment of risks;
- substitution of referral links;
- phishing;
- collecting funds into personal wallets;
- using another’s brand or materials in a distorted way;
- pressure on newcomers;
- spreading false information;
- attempts to attack the interface, the structure, or participants;
- intercepting other people’s participants through official educational events.
Atlas System may restrict access to partner functions, hide materials, revoke the right to host webinars, disable bonuses, mark a partner as a violator, or apply other measures if this is necessary to protect the system.
15. Changes to the Rules
The partner program may be updated. Changes may concern statuses, levels, compression, accrual conditions, webinars, speaker ratings, anti-fraud rules, and communication restrictions.
The current version of the rules must be used in any presentations and explanations.
16. Acceptance of the Rules
By using a referral link, inviting participants, hosting webinars, publishing materials, or participating in the partner program, the partner confirms that they have read these rules, understand the restrictions, and undertake to promote Atlas System correctly, without promises of a guaranteed result and without concealing risks.
