Atlas System Interface Terms of Use
1. Purpose of the Document
These terms describe the rules for using the website, personal account, pages, forms, widgets, reference materials, webinars, and other interfaces of the Atlas System.
The Atlas System interface is intended to let the participant see the system’s possibilities in an understandable form: available Smart Cycles, calculated parameters, statuses, partner metrics, webinars, materials, action history, and available on-chain operations.
The interface does not replace the Smart Cycle rules, the risk disclosure, or the actual logic of the smart contract. If the interface displays calculated possibilities, they must be understood together with the Smart Cycle Rules and the Risk Disclosure.
If the participant does not agree with these terms, they must not use the Atlas interface.
2. Role of the Interface
The Atlas System interface is an auxiliary Web3 tool. It helps the participant see the available actions and build a transaction, which the participant independently verifies and confirms in their own wallet.
Through the interface, the participant can see:
- available Smart Cycle formats;
- the cycle term;
- the cycle amount;
- the calculated delta;
- an example of a potential result;
- the status of an active cycle;
- the availability of the “Request assistance” action;
- the partner structure and status;
- educational materials and webinars;
- security tips and official links.
The interface is not:
- a bank;
- a deposit platform;
- an investment service;
- a broker;
- an asset management company;
- a payment operator;
- a custodial wallet;
- a guarantor of request fulfillment;
- a party that takes funds under management.
3. Connecting a Wallet
To use some of the functions, the participant may connect an external Web3 wallet, for example MetaMask or another compatible wallet.
Connecting a wallet does not mean transferring control of the wallet to Atlas System. The participant independently manages their wallet, confirms or rejects transactions, pays network fees, and is responsible for the security of access.
Atlas System does not request or store the seed phrase, private key, wallet password, or recovery codes.
4. What the Participant Sees Before an Action
Before creating a Smart Cycle, the interface may show the participant a calculation screen:
- the selected cycle format;
- the term;
- the amount;
- the calculated delta;
- an example of a potential result;
- the network fee or the need for gas;
- a warning that the result is not guaranteed;
- a link to the Smart Cycle Rules and the Risk Disclosure.
5. Signing Transactions
Any on-chain action is performed only after the participant confirms it in their wallet. Before confirming, the participant must verify:
- the website address;
- the network;
- the smart contract address;
- the type of action;
- the amount;
- the network fee;
- token approvals, if they are required;
- that the transaction is clear and expected.
If the participant does not understand the transaction, they must not sign it.
6. No Custody of Funds
The Atlas System interface does not store the participant’s funds and does not hold the private key. Funds and actions related to a Smart Cycle are processed according to the rules of the smart contract and the blockchain network.
Atlas System cannot manually cancel, reverse, change, or overwrite a transaction unless such a possibility is provided for by the smart contract.
7. Data Display
The interface may display data from the blockchain, APIs, indexers, RPC providers, local cache, analytics modules, and internal reference sources.
The displayed data may temporarily differ from the actual state of the blockchain due to delays, RPC errors, indexing problems, caching, page refreshes, or network failures.
The state of the blockchain and the logic of the smart contract take priority. The participant must independently verify critically important data before taking action.
8. Personal Account, Webinars, and Materials
The Atlas System personal account may be used not only for on-chain actions, but also to engage the participant in the system:
- viewing educational materials;
- registering for webinars;
- submitting an application to host a webinar, if the participant’s status allows it;
- viewing partner statistics;
- obtaining official links;
- studying Smart Cycle calculation tables;
- understanding one’s status and next steps.
9. Availability of the Interface
The interface is provided “as is” and “as available.” Atlas System does not guarantee the constant availability of the website, personal account, API, analytics, FAQ sections, materials, webinars, or support.
Technical maintenance, updates, failures, blocks, overloads, hosting errors, network problems, attacks, access restrictions in certain regions, and other circumstances are possible.
10. Prohibited Use
The user must not use the Atlas System interface for:
- hacking, exploiting vulnerabilities, or bypassing restrictions;
- attacks on the website, API, smart contract, infrastructure, or users;
- mass automated spam;
- spoofing the interface or phishing;
- distributing malicious links;
- fraud, deception, or misleading participants;
- promises of guaranteed income on behalf of Atlas System;
- violating applicable laws;
- actions that harm the system, participants, partners, or the reputation of Atlas System.
Atlas System may restrict access to the interface, hide materials, disable functions, block suspicious activity, or pass information to technical and legal specialists if this is necessary for security.
11. Official Links and Security
The participant must use only official Atlas System domains and official links. Before connecting a wallet, the website address must be verified.
Atlas System never asks for the seed phrase, private key, remote access to the device, or the transfer of funds to a support member’s personal wallet.
If the participant receives a suspicious link, message, form, or request to sign an unclear transaction, they must stop the action and verify the information through an official channel.
12. Materials and Content
The interface may contain texts, FAQs, presentations, videos, webinars, tables, tips, calculations, images, analytical data, and other materials.
Such materials may show the mechanics of Atlas System, calculation examples, the career system, the partner program, and the financial possibilities of a Smart Cycle. They are informational in nature and are not individual financial advice, investment advice, a legal opinion, tax advice, or a guarantee of a result.
If a material contradicts the Smart Cycle Rules, the Risk Disclosure, the published terms, or the actual logic of the smart contract, the official rules and the smart contract take priority.
13. Referral and Partner Links
The interface may support referral links, statuses, partner metrics, and educational materials.
Partner functions are intended for distributing information and educating participants. They may show career status, structure, matching bonus, partner percentage, access to webinar applications, and other program features. They must not be used for promises of guaranteed profit, pressure, manipulation, false statements, or concealment of risks.
A participant who distributes an Atlas System link is required to explain the risks and use correct wording.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable rules, Atlas System is not liable for:
- loss of access to the wallet;
- disclosure of the seed phrase or private key;
- the participant’s actions in the wallet;
- errors of the network, RPC, wallet, or device;
- phishing and fake websites;
- incorrectly signed transactions;
- the absence of liquidity;
- delays or the impossibility of fulfilling requests;
- the actions of third-party partners, leaders, or speakers;
- changes in legislation or access restrictions;
- losses arising from the use of the interface.
15. Updates to the Terms
Atlas System may update the interface, functions, materials, display parameters, and these terms. Updates may be related to security, product development, the smart contract, DAO decisions, infrastructure, or legal requirements.
By continuing to use the interface after an update, the participant confirms their agreement with the current version of the terms.
16. Acceptance of the Terms
By using the Atlas System interface, connecting a wallet, viewing data, creating a Smart Cycle, submitting an assistance request, or interacting with materials, the participant confirms that:
- they have read these terms;
- they understand the role of the interface as an auxiliary Web3 tool;
- they see the calculated possibilities of the system as parameters, not as a guarantee;
- they independently verify transactions;
- they accept the risks of Web3 interaction;
- they will not use the interface to harm the system or other participants.
